The public joint-stock company "Federal Testing Center" is part of the "Rosseti" company group. The main activity of the project is the development of integrated development programs (KPR) for networks and networks of voltage of 35 kV and higher and programs for the development of the electric power industry of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Testing Center is being designed on an area of ??72.4 hectares in the Beloostrov industrial zone in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg.
